Video Jeweler
Here is the video i made explaining the Cad porcess. It took about 3 day for filming here and there and 1 or 2 afternoons of editing. I added Slowdive on top because it was lying aroung and Slowdive is Great. Great example of how slowdive rocks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0LIO138Z-A&feature=related . So i think this video of mine showes the process prity well. I would like to know if people are getting it.

Web Ex
I'm considering adding Webex to my services as a custom jewelry designer. And integrate it into the web page. You can log on to a web site and see my computer screen. I can take you through a model, or presentation. I can even kind of "sketch" in 3D as i like to call it. I think this can be a really great way to bring in new customers.
Trying to find leads online and closing them is a new thing for me. I am trying to come up with things that show how I'm not just am average jewelry put-to-gather house. I listen to what my customer wants and I work to make it real for them.

My Bio
I really need a new Bio. Im a really poor writer (so why are you reading this?) and thats as far as i can get. I just get bloked, expecaily when its about me.
Anyone want to write me one?
I have collected testimonials, could they help my web site? But I bet i still need a new bio. The testimonials are great. Thanks to everyone who has written one.
Any tips?
What is the difference between gold, 14 18 24k ect..
So 24 karat is pure gold. Gold used in jewelry is mixed with harder metals for strength and durability. You really cant make anything out if pure gold to last, that’s why we add alloy, the metal that makes up the rest of the parts. The higher the percentage of pure gold, the higher the karat.
In 14 karat gold. The “14” represents how many parts of 24 is pure gold. Therefore 14 karat gold is 58% pure gold. I prefer 14 k with white gold and 14 and 18k in yellow are both great.
On my site, just about every thing is in 14k White. Also it is rhodium plated. Both 14 and 18k white are plated at finishing with a platinum like metal that is very expensive... Rohium This keeps it white and lovely, until it rubs off and needs re-plating.? Avoid this buy using platinum instead of gold.
I’ll talk about platinum later, and it’s pros and cons
thanks for reading !
